Brian Foley
Managing Partner
Being charged with a crime is of one the most physically and mentally draining things that can happen to you. You don't have to live in fear and you don't have to go into the fight alone. Luis and I are both former prosecutors and we understand how the system works. We know how to spot weaknesses in the government's case so that you have the best chance at success.
Anybody can have a bad day. Luis and I help regular folks who have found themselves stuck in the criminal justice system and need to find a way out.
Don't live with the stress of a criminal case.
Let us help,
Brian Foley
Brian Foley is Board Certified in Criminal Law. Board Certification is a mark of excellence and a distinguished accomplishment within the Texas legal community. Out of 110,000 lawyers that are licensed to practice in Texas, only 7,200 are Board Certified. As a Felony Chief Prosecutor in Harris County, Brian was responsible for a third of all cases filed in Houston from Capital Murder to Driving While Intoxicated. Let his experience work for you!
Trial Bureau Chief
Luis Baez
When you step into court you don't want to be alone. You need someone who's been there and done that. Prosecutors know if your lawyer is afraid of going to trial. We prepare every case to be ready for trial if the time comes. This approach helps us get the best result for your case during negotiations with the government.
I was born and raised in Houston and helping people navigate the criminal justice system is what I do every day. As the Trial Bureau Chief I get to see our client's face when we deliver a second chance and restore a vision for their future. We're ready for whatever comes inside the courtroom and out.
We're here when you're ready,
Luis Baez
